I tin can't understand how to enlarge copies.  I brand quilts patterns and sometimes need to increase by 150% or 200% perchance copy.  I tin't sympathise how to do this.  I did not have this problem with other printers.  Maybe it's considering I only put in place under the name of wireless?   Help, delight.

Is there a firmware update for the HP Envy 4500 for Mac OS X 10.half dozen.8 users?  Expansion has worked well until recently. I solved the trouble extends last week by turning the printer off, unplug from the wall, wait a few minutes, reconnect, turn on, and and then y'all use tools to reset the printer to its default settings.  That did non work today.  I downloaded again the driver of HP and re-installed, but I can not enlarge copies.  I sw this message stream, but cannot find how to download an update of the firmware, since I'm on a Mac computer.
